Pauline Reid—Managing Director
Pauline has been involved in HR for over 20 years, the last 17 organizing ROV and Inspection personnel. She formed P R Offshore Services (PROFFS) in January 1996 and the company has successfully grown over the last 12 years. This has been due to a great team effort from the people working within PROFFS.

Julie joined PROFFS in 1998. She previously worked in an HR Department within the offshore industry for nine years. When Julie joined PROFFS she brought with her a wealth of knowledge in dealing with people within the offshore environment and has successfully helped to build our team of offshore personnel.

Marie is our newest recruit joining us in April 2008. She has had previous experience in all aspects of recruitment, especially offshore. With her past involvement she is proving to be a valuable member of our team.

Paul previously worked offshore as an ROV Supervisor on the eyeball side. He joined the company in 2001 and for a few years combined the onshore side with working offshore. With his knowledge of ROVs and the life offshore, he has proven to be a great asset to PROFFS.

Marce was the first full time employee to join PROFFS, this was back in 1997 and he has headed the Accounts Department from the virtual outset. Marce has been involved in Book Keeping throughout his working life and although he had no previous experience in the offshore industry his ability and knowledge has proven time and time again his worth to PROFFS. Marce is very well liked and respected by the people he works with.

Lisa assists Marce in the Accounts Department. She joined in July 2005 and has successfully mastered the mine field involved with foreign tax situations and proved to be a great asset to the company.
